the screensaver is just plain awesome, using it for a couple of years now....

great to see the author is still live and kicking.

any plans for follow ups like a V3 ?

(adding like more advanced flashes and events... or even some interactibles.... just thinking...)

Ah, so YOU'RE the one responsible for this! :)

A friend gave this to me a year or two back when we were swapping cool files, mods, and stuff, but I never knew where it came from. Just commenting to say thanks for making something so damn spiffy. And lightweight for how much it does! Cheers.

Love this screen saver... been using it a couple of years now, on my TC-1100 tablet PCs... I even used it for the Star Trek display on our big screens that we did for a charity called "Geek Pride" about a year ago... great saver, with a fantastic effect.

Oh hell yeah it did! It was on the 58" monitor on my table (I not only do a free photo booth at Geek pride, but, I also set up a table filled with Trek costumes, and prop pieces, including stuff from the show, and movies the kids are allowed to handle) plus, i had it going on one of the tablets (I have two of the tablets now) which made it look like an actual working prop from the show. The TC-1100 from HP already looks like one of the PADD units from Next Gen to begin with, so running the screen saver, just made it all perfect! (you'll actually see System 47 on one of the TC-1100s in a few of my photos in my gallery... just beware... some of my dA is NSFW)
